"私"と出会うということ。

それは、恐れというものはことごとく幻想であったと見抜いてしまうことです。

これまで外の世界を探求し、その中に生きている小さな自分として体験してきました。

それが"私"の圧倒的な大きさについに気づいてしまう、驚きと至福の瞬間のことです。

"私" と出会ってしまったら、それ以外の場所にほんとうの安心を探そうとは二度としなくなるでしょう。

安心とは私であった、私そのものであったと知るからです。

それだけでなく「あらゆる答えはすべて私であった」と知ってしまうからです。

平和、自由、愛、可能性・・それらはすべて"私"であったと。

求める必要などなかったのだということを。

人はこれまでずっと、それを外に探し、外に作り上げようとし、それを達成しようとしてきました。

そして人生とはそういうものだと、世界とはそういうものなんだと思い込んできました。

その生き方はすべて、ただ二元性の振り子を揺らしていたのだということを知ります。

私と出会うということは、もうそのブランコを降りるときが来たと知ることです。

そして、今まで恐れで創造し続けてきた窮屈な世界から手を離し、目をあげて。

自由な創造主として生きる、新しいステージが始まるでしょう。

To meet with the "I"--- It is a most blissful moment of awakening and supreme joy.

It is to know that what you have always been longing for was actually your own self.

It is to see through fears and know that they are all illusions.

Up until now, you have been searching the outside world, and experienced

yourself as a tiny self who lives in that world.

But now, it is a moment of bliss and astonishment, as you awaken to your

immense grandeur.

Once you meet with the "I", you will never again try to find true peace of mind and security in any other place.

For you realize that this peace and security is you yourself.

Not only that, but you come to understand that "I am all" is the answer to all and everything. That peace, freedom, love, potential, and so on, have all been the "I". That it was unnecessary to seek them.

Human beings have always been searching for them, trying to create them or achieve them in the outside world, with the firm conviction that this is what life is all about and what the world is supposed to be.

Now you know that this way of life was all just a result of mere swinging of a pendulum of duality.

To meet with the "I" is to know that the time has come to get off this swing.
